About the Role:

HMI Medical is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Group HR Manager with minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a similar group or regional HR capacity. This role is critical in driving cohesion across entity-level HR teams and advancing group-level initiatives, particularly in Total Rewards, Learning & Development (L&D), and HR systems implementation.

We are looking for someone who can complement our existing HR structure at the entity level by bringing strategic oversight and execution at the group level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive group-level strategies in Total Rewards and/or Learning & Development, ensuring alignment across regional entities.
  • Lead or support group-wide implementation and optimisation of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar systems.
  • Collaborate with country-level HR teams to ensure consistent application of policies, frameworks, and HR practices across the group.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics at the group level to inform leadership decisions and track initiative effectiveness.
  • Champion cross-entity HR initiatives such as performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and internal HR policies across countries.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Group HR Manager in a multi-entity or regional setup.
  • Strong domain knowledge and hands-on experience in Total Rewards and/or L&D.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or managing Workday, Oracle HCM, or other enterprise HRIS platforms.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work across cultures and collaborate effectively in a matrixed organisation.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
