Education Manager

Responsibilities

• Set directions for local staff and executive team.
• Manage operations of the Singapore campus as required and monitor the standards and quality of bilingual English and Japanese programmes and delivery of programmes (teaching quality standards).
• Represent the school in ensuring academic quality assurance
• Conduct interviews and make recommendations on hiring.
• Align standard operating procedures with those of the global Kouhoku education group of schools.
• Financial analysis and forecasting
Any other duties as may be required by senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Engineering
• Experience in policy and strategy development in the preschool education industry.
• Experience in preparing detailed management reports and/ or procedural documentation.
• A positive outlook with a strong commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in leading a multi-cultural team.
