Wall and Floor Tiles Setter

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Wall and Floor Tiles Setter to join our team. As a Tiles Setter, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of wall and floor tiles to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tile Installation: Precisely measure, cut, and install tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces according to design plans and specifications.
• Surface Preparation: Ensure that surfaces are properly prepared, including cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesive materials as needed.
• Tile Cutting: Use tile-cutting tools to create custom shapes and sizes for tiles, ensuring a seamless and polished finish.
• Grouting and Sealing: Apply grout and sealants to fill gaps and create a waterproof and durable surface.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and is free from defects.
• Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and replacements of damaged or worn tiles in existing installations.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Material Management: Keep track of tile inventory, order supplies as needed, and manage material waste efficiently.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiles Setter.
• Strong knowledge of tile types, materials, adhesives, and tools.
• Ability to interpret design plans and execute precise installations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
