- Daily reconciliation of receipts against Daily Operation summary / bank statement / credit card statements, etc for all retail outlets
- Monthly mobile pay & credit card reconciliations & MDR computations.
- Gift vouchers / order vouchers reconciliations.
- Mall vouchers reconciliations.
- Prepares daily POS sales & monthly GTO reports to respective landlords on timely basis.
- Supports GTO audit at year end

- Fixed assets sighting exercise
- Manage the supplies & distribution of stationery inventory to outlets.
- Handles all finance related admin duties eg mailing, courier, requesting Repair & maintenance.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
