Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager , you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans across Southeast Asia to grow revenue, expand market share, and build strong client relationships in the IT solutions space. This includes overseeing enterprise B2B deals, managing key accounts, and leading local sales teams or channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales targets for IT products or SaaS/enterprise solutions in the assigned region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnerships.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, solution selling, pricing negotiations, contract closures.
- Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients and partners (e.g., resellers, system integrators).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategy with go-to-market plans.
- Forecast sales pipeline, report performance metrics, and ensure CRM data accuracy.
- Lead or support regional team hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with regional laws and customer-specific policies in multi-country deals.
- Travel within the region
Preferred:
- Experience managing or coaching regional sales teams or partner networks
- Familiarity with compliance, procurement, or public sector sales in ASEAN
