Job Description
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to acquire, nurture, engage and retain donors. Research and implement new initiatives to increase donor database and income.
- Fulfil individual fundraising targets by nurturing FY2026 based on accounts in TSA database and new strategic partners and accounts.
- Build and nurture relationships with major donors, corporations, trusts and foundations through relationship management. Pro-actively acquire and identify potential new donors/partnerships to increase funding.
- Assist in organizing Charity Events 4 times a year for RHQ and to support additional events for the social centres
- Develop new channels/partnerships for fund raising through webinars and corporate outreach
- Increase yield of digital marketing channels.
- Responsible for administration and processing of funds collected
- Build and grow database year on year
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- Degree in business, communications, public relations or marketing.
- Proven experience in fund raising, business development, mass communication, digital marketing.
- Team player.
- Good organisation, communication, marketing and graphic designing skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Must be IT savvy and adept at using various social media platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Competency with Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Competency with online digital cloud tools.
- Heart of compassion for the vulnerable.
- Willingness to persevere and target driven.
