Responsibilities
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on various phases of product development
- Carry out design verification and validation. Participate in product development & NPI activities
- Manage surgical consumables & infection prevention portfolio for the Asia-Pacific region
- Coordinate negotiation with suppliers to achieve quality & cost objectives
- Disseminate technical information to facilitate sales activities
- Conduct product trainings to sales team
- Support and coordinate new product launch activities, seminars, exhibitions and promotional or other marketing activities
- Assist quality assurance and regulatory-related activities
- Documentation maintenance of Product and Raw Material Information
- Prepare regular project status reports for management review
- Degree/higher degree holder in engineering/science/healthcare-related disciplines
- Experience/knowledge in development of medical/dental products a plus
- Experience in class I/II device, non-woven technologies, CAD, or manufacturing is a plus
- Detail-oriented and be able to organize technical information
- Attitude to disseminate complex issue to overcome challenges independently
- Fluent in spoken/written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates may also be considered
