Our client a leading maritime organisation and they are looking for a Crewing Assistant to join their team in Singapore !

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for day-to-day crewing activities, including crew changes, documentation, and travel arrangements.
• Help maintain accurate crew records and ensure all certification and documentation are up to date.
• Assist with internal coordination and communication between seafarers, crewing agencies, and departments.
• Support the team in tracking crew performance and welfare matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maritime regulations.

Requirements:

• Some experience or internship in maritime/crewing operations preferred
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team environment.
• Proficient in MS Office
