Dormitory & Condo Supervisor (Payroll)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing worker dormitories and company-rented condos, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance (MOM, NEA, SCDF).
• Oversees room allocations, occupancy, and check-in/out processes.
• Maintains tenancy agreements, handles utility setups, and conducts regular property inspections.
• Supervises maintenance, security, and housekeeping teams.
• Coordinates with vendors for repairs and services.
• Acts as main point of contact for landlords, agents, and expatriates.
• Tracks and addresses property issues and incidents.
• Enforces housing rules and addresses resident concerns.
• Handles emergency maintenance and supports ad-hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Familiar with regulations related to housing and dormitories
