Market Research Associate

The business model of PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk and its subsidiaries (“Group”) consists of the supply chain with coal mines as the starting point of the operations to power plants as the final point of the vertical integration.

Adaro International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., one of the subsidiary companies of PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk, seeks a Marketing Research Associate who will be reporting to the Head of Marketing Research & Analysis Section and will be part of the marketing team responsible for developing and executing the long-term coal marketing strategy for the Group.

What you will do:

1. Design and maintain a data recording system and a dashboard for the Marketing Directorate. Monitor and highlight changes in Marketing performance trends in writing and verbally to managers, division head or director to support the development of marketing strategy.

2. Understand the Marketing business process and issues to be able to provide suggestions based on data and fact findings.

3. Create insightful reports using key information and datapoints. Provide drafts of regular marketing reports and presentations on time, and corporate-looking presentations.

4. Support the Market Research Manager in special projects for the Group.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Marketing or equivalent.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Economics/BusinessAdministration/ Marketi ng or equivalent.
• Required Skill(s): analytical, strong collaboration, good communication, planning and organisational skills with a strong attitude to learn and work as a team.
