About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee warehouse operations, manage inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct warehouse personnel, including training and scheduling.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring accuracy and timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and vendor contracts.
• Maintain compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
• Assist in optimizing warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle customer service inquiries related to warehouse operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
