  • Create basic dashboards/reports (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Support ad-hoc data requests for IT teams
  • Clean, validate, and organize raw datasets from IT systems /databases.
  • Assist in automating data workflows using tools like SQL, Python, or Excel.
  • Document data pipelines and IT system processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to clarify data needs.
  • Coordinate change request meetings with stakeholders, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
  • Learn and apply analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Jira).
  • Attend training sessions on IT infrastructure/data governance.
  • Oversee and manage quality assurance processes conducted by external vendors.
  • Ensure that IT solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
  • Foundational knowledge of data tools such as Excel, SQL (Pivot, tables, formulas), Power BI, Tableau
  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related field.
  • SQL: Ability to write basic queries for data extraction, filtering, and aggregation.
  • Excel: Proficiency in formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS), pivot tables, and data cleaning.
  • Data Visualization: Familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel charts & etc to create reports/dashboards.
  • Basic Scripting: Foundational knowledge of Python or R for data cleaning/analysis
  • Data Cleaning: Ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, and missing data.
  • Understanding of databases (e.g., MySQL)
  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for IT projects.
  • Understanding of quality assurance and testing principles, including creating and executing test plans.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity best practices and the importance of protecting data and systems.
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented aptitude.
  • Attention to detail and meticulous.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
