Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and qualified Coordinator cum Site Engineers to oversee and coordinate site activities across architectural, civil & structural, and M&E disciplines. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of engineering experience and hold recognized qualifications by BCA or IES. This role is responsible for ensuring that all site works are executed in accordance with the design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements, while facilitating smooth coordination among various trades and stakeholders.


Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision & Execution

  • Monitor and supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality checks on construction activities.

2. Coordination Across Disciplines

  • Coordinate architectural, structural, and M&E works to prevent clashes and ensure seamless integration.
  • Attend coordination meetings and resolve site issues with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.

3. Design Compliance

  • Interpret and implement design intent on-site.
  • Liaise with design consultants to clarify discrepancies and propose practical solutions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, inspection checklists, and progress updates.
  • Prepare and submit site reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), and method statements as required.

5. Safety & Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure all site activities comply with workplace safety and health regulations.
  • Support the implementation of risk assessments and safe work procedures.

6. Testing & Handover Support

  • Assist in testing and commissioning of systems (especially for E&M roles).
  • Support final inspections and handover documentation.
