Working Hrs : 44 hrs/week


Responsibilities:-

  • Data collection, input, and verification for payroll and claims
  • Processing payroll and claims on-site
  • Ensuring payments are made accurately and timely
  • Preparation of statutory and tax documents (IR8A, IR21)
  • Handling ad-hoc queries and complaints from staff
  • Conducting system testing, updates, and participating in training
  • Ensuring compliance with Government/ SportSG policies
  • Reporting on payroll and claims activities
  • Support audits and regulatory inquiries
  • Preparing management reports and declarations

Requirements:-

  • At least 3 years of local Singapore payroll experience
  • GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent with at least 3 passes, including English and Mathematics
  • Managing full-spectrum payroll independently
  • Experience with Public Sector payroll is preferred
  • Professional or HR certifications related to payroll or HR management

General Skills & Knowledge:

  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Experience with payroll software such as Workday or Excelity (preferred)
  • Ability to verify and process payroll accurately and promptly
  • Familiarity with payroll regulations and statutory requirements
  • Knowledge of Singapore tax and employment laws
  • Understanding of government and organizational SOPs related to Human Capital
