Visual Merchandiser

Job Purpose:

Provide support in managing reports, sales analysis and store requests in the region. To assist in the coordination of windows and props, deliveries, purchase documents, logistics with various providers in accordance with each market’s customs and restrictions. To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandising Co–ordination

• Provide back office support to the Merchandising Specialist within the region.
• Prepare sales report and category specific reports for analysis of sales trend to the Director.
• Proficient use of SAP system for sales and stock and pricing analysis
• Improve process and operational efficiencies with the Merchandising Specialist for business growth.
• Ensuring the accuracy of reports and analysis to help improve product assortment selection to help to drive sales.
• Assist in coordinating stock movement campaigns with stores
• Liaise with store teams for product, price & information requests.
• Assisting in HJ reporting and special orders

Visual Merchandising Co-ordination

• Assist in logistics management, co-ordination of deliveries, manage purchase documents and invoice creation.
• Warehouse monitoring props & display
• Support the VM Specialist for props management, order placement and follow up of delivery, for direct owned stores & business partners
• Support the VM Specialist on seasonal window launch coordination with vendors and store teams
• Consolidating VM reports to provide feedback to the VM Specialist
• Back-up for VM Specialist: Contact point for vendors and suppliers and store teams
