  • Oversee and manage the operations of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Develop and implement construction processes and procedures to optimize efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful and timely project completion
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or disputes.
  • Manage procurement of materials and equipment in coordination with procurement teams.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior management, communicating project status, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
  • Participate in the preparation, review and submission of tender documents, including pricing, technical submissions, and scope clarifications.
  • Project Planning and Execution: You will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, scheduling resources effectively, and overseeing project execution to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Your role involves identifying and addressing key challenges that arise during construction projects, making strategic decisions to overcome obstacles, and ensuring project continuity.
  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You will collaborate with various departments such as design, engineering, procurement, and quality control to align project objectives and achieve seamless coordination.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Providing leadership to project teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a positive work environment to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
