EMQ2 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs. As a key member of our IT team, the ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize ServiceNow applications and modules.

You will be:

  • Designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow application, modules, and workflows to support business processes and requirements.
  • Work with teammates to create and enhance deployment processes for efficient application deployments.
  • Collaborate with other development teams and business users to design and implement ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline IT processes.
  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, and layouts to align with business requirements.
  • Configure ServiceNow UI policies, business rules, and client scripts to enhance user experience.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Provide technical support for ServiceNow applications, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Stay abreast of ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the overall effectiveness of ServiceNow solutions.

The Ideal Candidate should have the following:

  • ServiceNow Developer Certification.
  • Knowledge of development on ServiceNow low-code platform.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, both on the frontend and on the backend.
  • Strong understanding of relational SQL database, such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
  • Solid understanding of security best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Great interpersonal, collaborating and team playing skills.
  • Experienced with Scrum Framework is an advantage.
