This individual is in charge of generating sales and growth by identifying new business possibilities, fostering connections with potential clients, and developing strategies to strengthen our company's market position.
Specific Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the interior design industry.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry professionals.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans.
4. Collaborate with the design team to create compelling proposals and presentations.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to represent the company.
7. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and business activities.
Technical Skills and Competencies
1. Planning and Development / Interior Design Knowledge / Product Knowledge Training
2. Sales Strategy / Negotiation/ Market Analysis
3. Client Relationship Management / Communication/ Networking/ Customer service
