Remote Sales Associate/Freelance (Able to start work within a week)

Job Responsibilities:

• End-to-end customer service

• Sales of Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) application service

• Customer aftercare support (Until customer activates their VEP)

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)
• Confidence in chatting with customers online and via phone
• Responsible, organised, responsive and detail-oriented
• A genuine desire to help people and solve problems
• Preferred: Experience in customer service and sales
• Preferred: Willing to work longer hours (More than 8 hours)
• Preferred: Able to commit at least 3 months
