Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing staff attendance records, including leave and overtime.
- Company car arrangements
- Assist in recruitment activities and facilitate smooth onboarding of new staff.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee records for reporting and analysis.
- Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Experience with Infotech HR system is an advantage.
Work three days for one week, monthly salary 2000.00-2500.00
