Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing staff attendance records, including leave and overtime.
  • Company car arrangements
  • Assist in recruitment activities and facilitate smooth onboarding of new staff.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records for reporting and analysis.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Experience with Infotech HR system is an advantage.

Work three days for one week, monthly salary 2000.00-2500.00
