Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily inventory operations and ensure smooth shipment and storage of commodities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the handling and storage of agricultural produce such as onions, potatoes, ginger, and garlic , ensuring they are properly maintained in a cool room environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management
• Supervise receiving, storage, and dispatch of commodities
• Ensure all produce is stored correctly in the cool room to maintain freshness
• Coordinate and monitor loading and unloading of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance with SOPs
• Assist in physical handling of goods when needed
• Monitor and guide warehouse assistants and drivers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics supervision preferred
• Knowledge of handling and storing perishable goods is an advantage
• Physically fit and willing to carry and move goods
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
• Forklift licence is an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
