Responsibility
- Coordinate daily schedule for sales & ops team
- Assist in preparing quotation
- Assist in attending call-in sales enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain proper filing
- Handle data entry and clerical duties
- All other ad hoc duties assigned
- Candidates must possess at least “N” level
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Independent with positive attitude
- Meticulous and organised
- No age restriction
- 5days work week or Flexi hour
