  • Coordinate daily schedule for sales & ops team
  • Assist in preparing quotation
  • Assist in attending call-in sales enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain proper filing
  • Handle data entry and clerical duties
  • All other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least “N” level
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Independent with positive attitude
  • Meticulous and organised
  • No age restriction
  • 5days work week or Flexi hour
