Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product / planning / logistics team to understand the business requirements and align procurement strategies with company goals;
- Lead a team and monitor all procurement activities and ensure stable supply;
- Regular review on suppliers performance including pricing, lead time, and other aspects that would impact the supply chain efficiency;
- Establish procurement policies and procedures;
- Work with Global Sourcing team on strategic sourcing projects
- Degree holder in Supply Chain / Business or related discipline;
- 5 years solid experience in procurement areas, experience in healthcare industry is an advantage;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin;
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Power BI;
- Knowledge in SAP is a plus
