Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above;
More than 3 years of experience in the medical, technology, and other industries and assistant-related work;
Outstanding English oral expression ability, competent in business negotiation translation; those with basic business knowledge and familiarity with business etiquette are preferred;
Able to assist the general manager in handling business transactions related to the cooperative company.
More than 5 years of office administrative work experience, with appropriate medical, technology, legal, and other industry resources, and those with experience in the medical industry are preferred;
Familiar with the relevant policies and regulations of the Singapore government on company operations and implement various policies;
Organize and coordinate the company's daily affairs, and establish the company's administrative office management process and system.
Responsible for the company's reception work and the establishment, maintenance, and management of public relations; connect with the Chinese company headquarters and handle the work visas of the relevant Japanese company's stationed personnel;
Those who can accept business trips are preferred.
