Responsibilities


  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, pantry items and PPE
  • Process purchase requisition, purchase order and verification of invoices
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist in travel arrangement such as booking of flights
  • Arrange and facilitate of company events, employee health screenings and statutory medical examinations.
  • To cover receptionist duties while receptionist is away (eg: manage courier services, answering of phone calls)
  • Maintain and update of records and reports.
  • Prepare letters and memorandums
  • Populate simple department report
  • Assist in simple recruitment duties such as sending out calendar invites, booking of rooms
  • Any others duties as assigned by the Superior


Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player
