Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery, pantry items and PPE
- Process purchase requisition, purchase order and verification of invoices
- Organize and maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
- Assist in travel arrangement such as booking of flights
- Arrange and facilitate of company events, employee health screenings and statutory medical examinations.
- To cover receptionist duties while receptionist is away (eg: manage courier services, answering of phone calls)
- Maintain and update of records and reports.
- Prepare letters and memorandums
- Populate simple department report
- Assist in simple recruitment duties such as sending out calendar invites, booking of rooms Any others duties as assigned by the Superior
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
