Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist in preparation of employment contracts, company letters.
  • Assist in managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Contribute and assist in organizing company events.
  • Covering receptionist duties when necessary (handle incoming coming calls, arranging couriers etc.)
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirement:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and eagerness to learn.
  • Prior administrative experience in HR will be advantageous
  • Able to commence immediately or on short notice.
