Face-to-face negotiations with overseas customers
correspondence between Japanese customers and suppliers in Japanese
Develop product ideas based on customer's requirements and target audience
Analyze market and industry trends and conditions
Analyze feasibility,cost and return on investment for product ideas
Coodinate prototype submissions with relevant personnel for approval
Perform market analysis on competing products and brands
research and recommend suitable materials for product
Design a unique manufacturing process according to the customer's request
Native level Japanese skills required to interact with the Japanese headquarters and Japanese customers
Over 5 year of interpersonal sales experience in the design industry
Proficent in Photoshop,Illustrator and any other photo editing and design softwares
Excellent design sense and color sense
Deep knowledge and specialization in designing products and their corresponding manufacturing processes
Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
Team player and able to maintain positive working relationship with internal and external parties
Leadership skills to coach and supervise
Time management skills
Risk management skills
Good analytical skills
