DESIGNER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for mold designing. and creating 3D CAD model and engineering drawings

Prepare mold component drawing/ shop drawing

Feasiblity review of parts and time plan workout

DFM (Design for manufacturing) preparation and review with customers

Prepare mold specification and checklist according to the customers requirements

Participate in prototype molds / testing of molds etc

Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficently and on-time to schedule

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant safety and design standards

Requirements

The candidate should have Diploma or Degree in mechanical / Manufcaturing Engineering

Should have 5 to 8 years of experience in plastic injectiion moulding industries

Able to perform in UG/NX CAD, solid works,

Familiar in WORD, Excel
