Building Architect

Responsibilities:

• Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures
• Coordinate project management activities, including timeline, budget, and resource management
• Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards
• Assist and support the office in any kind of architectural projects.

Requirements:：

• Degree from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Passion for design, a commitment to continued learning and the desire to innovate
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team in a proactive studio environment
• Ability to self-motivate with good time management skills
• Ability to supervise and manage a team
