Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Developing electrical system designs, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems.
  Creating detailed electrical drawings, specifications, and reports.
  Analyzing electrical system requirements, capacity, cost, and project needs to develop a system plan.
• Implementation and Supervision: Supervising and coordinating electrical workers and subcontractors on-site.
  Monitoring electrical works to ensure they meet quality standards and regulations.
  Conducting site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues and faults.
  Overseeing inspection and maintenance programs for electrical systems.
  Testing and commissioning new or modified electrical equipment.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensuring that all electrical works comply with safety standards, regulations, and building codes.
  Conducting safety inspections and enforcing safety requirements.
  Preparing periodic progress reports to Project Director as required.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborating with architects, structural engineers, and other professionals to integrate electrical systems into the overall design.
  Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  Supervising or training project team members.
• Documentation and Reporting: Preparing reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential electrical engineering projects and studies.
  Writing reports on electrical systems within the company.
  Reviewing contractors' invoices related to electrical works to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Cost and Budget: Preparing cost estimates for materials and labor.
  Making cost estimates on design and specification alternatives as requested by Project Director.Ensuring projects meet technical specifications, safety standards, and budgetary constraints.
