Specifications Manager (Building Materials)

Responsibilities:

• Promote product specifications to architects and consultants
• Provide technical presentations and solutions
• Develop designs and specs for architects and contractors
• Work with contractors on-site to solve issues
• Manage project pipelines from design to implementation
• Ensure company products are specified in project tenders

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related
• 3+ years in specification or sales of building materials
• Strong network in construction industry
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Wiling to travel
