Quantity Surveyor cum Procurement (M&E)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Quantity Surveyor located in Singapore. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the costs and budget of construction projects, conducting feasibility studies, preparing estimates, and ensuring that the project is completed within budget.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and tools
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Certification in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Relevant experience in the construction industry
