The Role

We're looking for a Regional Director, ASEAN to lead Filigran’s go-to-market strategy and commercial expansion across Southeast Asia. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue, driving partner relationships, and building a long-term presence in a region where Filigran is seeing strong inbound demand. Reporting to the SVP of the region, you’ll work at the intersection of sales leadership, strategic development, and cross-functional collaboration to solidify Filigran as a cybersecurity leader in ASEAN.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a regional GTM and sales strategy aligned with Filigran’s growth goals.

  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team as the region grows.

  • Own the full sales cycle from inbound qualification to deal closing.

  • Develop strategic partnerships with MSSPs, consulting firms, and public sector actors.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment and effectiveness.

  • Engage with key enterprise and government stakeholders to position Filigran’s solutions.

  • Monitor KPIs and continuously optimize pipeline performance and conversion.

  • Serve as a regional voice in leadership discussions, contributing to global strategy.

Who You’ll Work With

  • Reports to the SVP of the Region

  • Collaborates with global teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering

  • Works closely with local partners and public sector contacts across ASEAN

  • Opportunity to recruit and lead local team members in the region

Profile We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership, ideally in Cybersecurity or SaaS

  • Track record of success in scaling GTM efforts from early stage to multi-million ARR

  • Strong regional knowledge of ASEAN, particularly Singapore, with deep local networks

  • Prior experience working with government stakeholders (defense, intelligence, law enforcement) is a plus

  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and operational excellence

  • Proven team builder and leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment

  • Fluent in English; other regional languages are a plus
