Job Summary
The HR Executive will be responsible for executing a variety of HR and administrative tasks. This role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR documentation. You will be a key point of contact for employee queries and play a vital role in fostering a healthy workplace environment.

You will be a key point of contact for employee queries and play a vital role in fostering a healthy workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up.
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system and physical files.
- Support payroll processing by collecting attendance data and resolving discrepancies.
- Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities and events.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR-related reports and support internal audits as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
