Asst Manager (Academy)

This is a project start-up cum training operations role to help set up a Leadership Academy, an collaboration between MindVibes and a renowned financial service organisation. The initial works involves setting up the structure, systems and processes for the Academy, supporting the curriculum design and development of new training programmes, institutionalising the existing training programmes, and implementing all projects related to the Academy. The Academy's operations will involve social media marketing of programmes, training delivery co-ordination, training operations and customer service.
Hybrid and based in Singapore. Flexibility on work at home arrangement on days with no customer interaction.
This is a service contractor role (not employee position). Initial fixed 1-year duration with flexibility to extend the tenure to a longer duration upon mutual agreement.
