Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall business operations and ensure the smooth execution of company strategy
• Oversee departments including sales, delivery, finance, and human resources
• Drive business development, manage key accounts, and strengthen client relationships
• Optimize operational efficiency, cost management, and financial performance
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while fostering a strong company culture
• Collaborate with the executive team and board to shape long-term strategic direction
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation in data analytics and digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or related fields
• Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, preferably in the ICT, data, or AI sector
• Proven experience in managing business operations, P&L, and cross-functional leadership
• Strong commercial acumen, problem-solving ability, and strategic mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required
• Experience in managing multicultural or regional teams is a plus.
