RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is for PT SMU International Indonesia (SMUID), Office of Overseas Centres (OOC).
- This role is based in Indonesia.
- Student Recruitment:

- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate students from Indonesia to SMU.
- Create robust channel development strategies with top universities in Indonesia to ensure a strong pipeline of postgraduate students for SMU.
- Work with top high schools across Indonesia to support undergraduate recruitment efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including students, parents, school counsellors, university representatives, and education agents.
- Be accountable for meeting student recruitment targets in Indonesia.
- Partnership Development:

- Diversify lead generating sources by establish new business-to-business partnerships with organizations and institutions to encourage postgraduate recruitment from corporate entities.
- collaborate with local and regional partners, alumni, and government bodies to support rand sustain recruitment activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues at PT SMU International Indonesia to share corporate resources and promote OneSMU culture to foster deeper connections and networks among partner organisations
- Marketing and Outreach:

- Organize and manage coffee chats, information sessions, and other networking outreach events to strengthen awareness of SMU in Indonesia.
- Work closely with SMU's marketing team to develop localized marketing strategies, promotional materials, and digital campaigns tailored for the Indonesian market.
- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to increase SMU's visibility and engagement in Indonesia.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, market trends, and student feedback for continuous improvement.
- Student Recruitment and Admissions Support:

- Provide logistical and administrative support for events, roadshows, and recruitment activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in student recruitment, international education, marketing, or related roles.
- Implementation of student recruitment workplan and targets.
- Prioritization of tasks within projects and resourcing.
- Problem Solving with cross-cultural experience to develop, maintain and repair deep in-country relationship management.
- To work with and support PT SMU International Indonesia in setting priorities, mindful in developing options as priorities change.
- To implement work practice behaviours that will team build and drive the team towards success.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian education landscape and student recruitment trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia essential for working with Bahasa Indonesia-speaking business partners.
- Proven ability to build networks and foster relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Indonesia and occasionally to Singapore.
