POS Technician (IT)

**Summary:**
We are looking for a POS Technician to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems and possess strong computer skills. This is a full-time position that requires on-site work across various locations in Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Install, configure, and maintain Point of Sale (POS) systems.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to POS hardware and software.
3. Provide training and technical support to end-users on POS system operations.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of POS systems with other business applications.
5. Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to optimize POS system performance.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
1. 1-3 years of experience working with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
2. Proficient in computer skills, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
3. Strong knowledge of POS system functionalities and configurations.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
5. Post-secondary diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
6. Ability to work on-site and travel to different locations across Singapore.
