Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manages all day-to-day operations of the pastry section of the kitchen.
  • Ensure excellent quality in the production of pastry products
  • Checks the quality of raw and baked food products to ensure that standards are met.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.


Job Requirements:

  • Applicants with Pastry & Baking Certificate, baking experience and passion for baking and decorating cakes preferred
  • Able to produce all baked goods including but not limited to birthday cakes (prerequisite) , cupcakes, sponge cakes, mousse cakes, puff pastry, and etc.
  • Positive attitude, team player, good communication & organizational skills
  • Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
