Account Executive - APAC


Role & Responsibilities:

You will support the day-to-day finance operations of Manuport Logistics APAC offices, related to:


Accounts Payable

  • Process and verify operational & general invoices.
  • Manage payment schedules and ensure timely payments to vendors.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies


Account Receivable

  • Monitor accounts for payment delays and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare AR aging reports and assist with collections efforts


Financial Reporting

  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to AP and AR month-end close activities.
  • Bank Reconciliation - comparing the transactions recorded in the accounting records with bank transactions to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Support the finance team in various projects and initiatives


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Experience in forwarding is a plus.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable and receivable roles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
