Grading Consultant (Full-Time)

Join our growing team as a Grading Consultant!

Our client helps collectors make informed decisions before submitting their collectibles (e.g. trading cards, comics) to major grading companies such as PSA, BGS, CGC, and TAG. We offer second opinions on item condition and quality to improve grading outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong customer service skills
• Good knowledge of TCG (trading card games) and pop culture
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• A strong team player
• Willingness to learn quickly and work independently
• Able to work 5 days a week (including 1 weekend), 8-hour shifts

Qualifications

• Polytechnic or university student/graduate
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred, as role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

Background Check Requirements

• No outstanding monetary liabilities
• No criminal record .
