FITNESS CENTRE MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and experienced fitness manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fitness facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the gym or fitness center including classes, sales, and memberships

• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees

• Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to increase revenue

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and concerns

• Create and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones

• Develop and implement new fitness programs and services to meet member needs and preferences
  

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of fitness and wellness program development.

• Experience with budget management and financial planning.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Knowledge of health and safety standards.
