Account Executive
LINCSTECH CIRCUIT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

Responsibilities:
> Assist in the fixed assets functions, preparation of entries for
purchases, sales, disposals and write off in the accounting system.
Record fixed assets register, prepare reports and schedules monthly.
> Assist in the inventories entries and make adjustments in the
accounting system. Prepare monthly inventories reports and
schedules
> Prepare overseas business expenses voucher, calculate allowance
and claims payable to the staff
> Assist in the calculation and entries of monthly payroll
> Participate in internal control and testing of the assigned processes
> Any other adhoc duties or assignments as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. Degree/Diploma in Accountancy with minimum 3 years’ commercial
or audit experience
2. Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills
3. Good communication skills, independent and team player
4. Preferably with good skill in Microsoft Excel formulas
5. Preferably with experience in SAP accounting system & Infor
