The Role:

We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our digital presence. This role is perfect for a driven marketer who thrives on data, creativity, and results — someone who can think big and execute with precision across multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive end-to-end digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, display advertising, and performance-based campaigns.
  • Oversee digital media planning and execution across platforms such as Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other programmatic channels.
  • Manage digital ad spend a cross platforms (Google, Meta, etc.) in collaboration with external media agencies, ensuring maximum ROI and growth opportunities through strategic bidding, targeting, and channel mix decisions.
  • Oversee and continuously improve our website (WordPress, HubSpot, Gravity Forms, etc.), ensuring a seamless, engaging, and conversion-optimised user experience — while staying hands-on with platform management as needed.
  • Measure, analyse, and report on campaign performance and digital KPIs, translating data into actionable insights.
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams and external agencies to optimise campaign effectiveness and digital assets.
  • Monitor key web analytics metrics and continuously optimise for traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay on top of digital trends , emerging tech, and marketing tools (MarTech) to keep strategies fresh and competitive.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand, sales, and product teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and launch strategies.
  • Optimise website – loading speeds and capacity, debug pages and fix broken links or images, update website content and review SEO
  • Monitor and analyse site performance (eg: traffic, conversion, user experience and functionality)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably across multiple industries ideally B2B verticals.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple digital projects and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong experience working with internal stakeholders and external agencies or vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable working across functions and levels.
  • Solid understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite), SEO/SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads), and campaign management tools.
  • Strong project management skills with a sharp eye for detail and deadlines.
  • Tech-savvy and resourceful; ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical skills required: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, CMS and programming languages.
  • Basic graphic design skills ideal.
  • Strong command of Chinese language is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
