Legal Counsel - Manufacturing

The Role

• Providing legal services and supporting the business
• Ability to provide day-to-day advice on a wide range of other legal matter (including vendor agreements, regulatory matters, employment matters)
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with business owners, finance, engineering and procurement on client and vendor matters
• Assist with contract drafting and negotiation across the various business units

To Qualify

• A recognized degree in Law
• Min 5 years of experience gained in-house or in practice with a reputable law firm.
• Bar qualification is a MUST
• Ability to work well under pressure
