Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle logistics and administrative coordination for both local and international shipments.
  • Assist in prepare and process shipping documents for import and export, including LC documentation.
  • Prepare logistics and operational reports.
  • Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate with the warehouse to ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and updating schedules.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
