Key Responsibilities:
- Handle logistics and administrative coordination for both local and international shipments.
- Assist in prepare and process shipping documents for import and export, including LC documentation.
- Prepare logistics and operational reports.
- Coordinate with logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate with the warehouse to ensure proper storage and organization of goods.
- Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, and updating schedules.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
