Fruits and Dessert Stall Assistant

We are Yuan Gun Gun, a new and exciting yong tau foo concept stall offering multiple soup bases like bak kut teh, tomato, mala stir fry and claypot rice. Our stall also includes a fruit juice and dessert counter and we are looking for a friendly and reliable Juice & Dessert Stall Assistant to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve fresh fruit juices and beverages (e.g. lime juice, watermelon juice, sugarcane, etc.)
• Prepare and serve simple desserts (e.g. cut fruits, ice-cream , grass jelly, etc.)
• Cut and pack fruits for sales
• Handle orders and cashier duties for the juice/dessert section
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work area and equipment
• Ensure fruit and ingredient stock is topped up and stored properly
• Assist in basic food prep or customer service at YTF stall when needed
Assist in any other ad-hoc duties when necessary
