Our client a reputable law firm seeking a poised and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is well-presented, courteous, and possesses excellent communication and administrative skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Provide administrative support to lawyers and office staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
