Our client a reputable law firm seeking a poised and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate is well-presented, courteous, and possesses excellent communication and administrative skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Provide administrative support to lawyers and office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a front desk or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
