Job Summary

1. Manage and fully responsible for the accounts and finance operations.

2. Supervise and provide guidance to accountants assistants

3. Provide report to the management to modify business strategies.

4. Advise sales team to increase sales to achieve the target.

5. As our business is a restaurant business, you need to Monitor purchase team and oversee the food grains, groceries and vegetable purchases. Negotiate with suppliers when necessary.

6. Monitor and ensure procurement and store space are proportional.

7. Responding to and dealing with customer communication by email and telephone and handle customers complaints.

8. Plan and improve the existing business strategies to increase sales.

9. Monitors competitors by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products

10. Train and streamline new staffs and operational duties.

11. Monitor stock and stock movements. Monitoring and Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate to avoid stock overflow or shortage.

12. As our business is a restaurant business, you need do multi-tasks as per the instructions by the Restaurant Manager. In case of emergencies need to handle customers.

13. As our business is a restaurant business, as restaurants are facing shortage of manpower, in case of emergencies, that is in absence of restaurant staffs needs to work in hot environment (Helping in Kitchen)..

14. Working hour morning 10 am to 10 pm with 4 hours break. Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays needs to work. Weekly one day off.

15. Getting customers exact requirement and fulfil their expectation. Continuously upgrade quality of customer service. Always have a smiling face with good intension at heart to help customers and clients to improve business.

Requirements

1. Must have a Master degree in Commerce recognised by Ministry of Manpower.

2. Minimum 15 years’ experience in accounts management.

3. Capable to handle full set of accounts and produce reports to management to navigate the business.

4. Effective communications skills with commanding power.

5. As our business is a restaurant business, must do multi-tasks. In case of emergencies need to handle customers.

6. Must have knowledge in grains, Indian groceries and vegetables.

7. Capable to lead the all the restaurant staffs and capable to train new staffs in customer service. Must have knowledge in multi-cuisine food products.

8. Capable to identify and bring new potential market area and new clients.

9. As our business is a restaurant business, as restaurants are facing shortage of manpower, in case of emergencies, that is in absence of restaurant staffs needs to work in hot environment (Helping in Kitchen).

10. Able to work long hours in festive seasons. Must work from 10 am to 10 pm with 4 hours break. Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays needs to work. Weekly one day off.

11. Must have experience in getting customer’s exact requirement and fulfil their expectation. Capable to continuously upgrade quality of customer service. Must always have a smiling face with good intension at heart to help customers and clients to improve business
