Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Full recruitment process & management:


Work with Head of Departments to develop recruitment plans based on business needs and implement talent search & management processes. Proficient in the use of recruitment tools or platforms to conduct initial and schedule interviews, providing a positive recruitment process and support for both the recruiting managers, as well as potential candidates. Develop and analyse recruitment database and effectively develop human resource allocation reports/updates as and when required by the company.


2. Employee onboarding:


Prepare and handle employment contracts, including finalising and acceptance, establishing files, etc., to ensure compliance. Track employee development files and collaborate with Head of Departments (HODs) to establish processes and policies for employee satisfactions, plans for promotions, internal job/role transfers, and establishing HR policy changes in accordance with company’s growth plans. Addressing day-to-day employee inquiries (staff benefits, remunerations, leave, attendances and other HR related policies). Familiarity with localised employment policies and to provide company and HODs with the relevant HR support.


3. Understanding and maintaining labour relations:


Implement local labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in employment (contract filing, dispute prevention, etc.); participate in exit interviews, maintain employee relations to reduce legal risks.


4. Administration:


Manage basic data for employee attendance and salary calculations. Collect and organize local labour regulations and talent market dynamics to provide decision-making support for human resource management. Establish and update a talent map/local policy database. Collaborate across departments to handle administrative affairs (such as meeting arrangements, material procurement, etc.).


Qualifications & Prerequisites:


1. Qualifications/Experience:


Degree/Diploma in HR or related field, 2-4 years of relevant experience in human resources (preferably in recruitment/employee relations), experience in SME operations is preferred. Proficient in recruitment and office software with basic data analysis skills. Basic computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Tools and etc. Ability to use AI Tools and application will be an added advantage.


2. Core Competency:


Familiarity with policies and have an in-depth understanding of local employment laws, policies and regulatories.


3. Languages (spoken/written):


Ability to communicate and write efficiently in both English & Chinese is preferred.
